Secondly, our secret sauce lies in our dedicated calling team. Comprising individuals with over five decades of combined experience, our callers work tirelessly on behalf of our charitable clients. This isn’t just any group of telemarketers – our team largely consists of part-time working mothers who bring a warm and empathetic approach to their conversations with charities and stores. We’re not interested in hiring youngsters driven solely by aggressive sales targets.
While much of our activity had to be temporarily paused due to the pandemic, we are cautiously reconnecting with our vast store database to gauge when the time is right to resume bookings. We hold firm in our belief that this service will regain its stride, potentially even exceeding past successes, given the increasing empathy of the public towards supporting noble causes.
