A wonderful surprise this morning – we received our trophy from the Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2024! We knew we were one of the winners, but didn’t expect a physical trophy, so the team are over the moon. This award is a fantastic reflection of our team’s dedication and the positive culture we’ve built together. This recognition pairs perfectly with our first award of 2024, which highlighted our focus on health and well-being. Through a challenge organised by our health insurance provider, YuLife, we took on another company (four times our size!) in a series of physical and mental challenges. The YuLife app, which tracks everything from steps and cycling to meditation and brain teasers—vital tools for keeping a high-performing sales team balanced, healthy and focused.
For three weeks, we were trailing behind, but with some renewed focus and determination, we managed to clinch the victory in the final couple of days. Not too shabby for a smaller team, mostly made up of part-time back to work Mum’s, right?
These awards not only highlight our commitment to well-being but also show the incredible engagement and team spirit within our group. Now, it looks like we’ll need to make room for a new trophy cabinet—along with planning a well-deserved night out to celebrate!
